Gift vouchers can be purchased online and in-store, and are redeemable for three (3) years from date of purchase. Gift vouchers purchased online are digital, and you will receive a confirmation email followed by the gift voucher email. Please allow for processing time, this may take up to 15 minutes to receive.
They are only redeemable at Brookfield Gardens, The Gift Shop and our online store. They are not redeemable at Wild Canary.
You are able to redeem your gift voucher on any items online or in-store. Only one voucher can be used at a time (online only).
Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and no change will be given. This gift voucher is partially redeemable and it is up to the holder to use the full value within the validity period.
Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the card expires. Where the cost of the purchase exceeds the available card balance, the customer will be required to make up the difference with an alternative form of payment. This voucher should be treated like cash. A digital or printed version of this voucher is sufficient for purchases.
