The health and safety of our customers and staff continue to be our primary focus. We will continue to monitor the latest Covid information, however, we are committed to ensuring the safety of our customers, and will be following our Covid Safe Plan, in accordance with the Qld Government and the Health Minister.

Our staff may ask customers to wait outside the gardens, or in their car, if there is a high volume of customers already in the gardens. If you are showing flu-like symptoms, we will also ask that you do not enter our premises.

If you choose to visit Brookfield Gardens in the near future we do ask for your patience as we will be implementing a different way of shopping to ensure that we limit the number of customers in the store at any one time. Especially to maintain a 1.5m or more space between other customers and our staff. Our staff may ask customers to wait outside the gardens, or in their car, if there is a high volume of customers already in the gardens.
It is important that we ensure we operate safely to protect both you and our team.
We encourage you to use Paywave as your payment to reduce the amount of contact between yourself and our staff.
Our highest priority is the health and safety of our community. Equally important is that you access to everything you need to keep gardening, we know this is so beneficial for us mentally and physically, especially during times of high stress.
